FridgeSaver LLC is owned and run by Koltyn Schilly and Andrew Basler — 50/50, no outside investors, no corporate office.
Koltyn and Andrew both grew up in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, and moved to the St. Louis area right after college in 2019. FridgeSaver is built around that same instinct — you trust a recommendation more when it's from someone who's actually from around here.
A well-run 9×12 mailer works. The problem for most small businesses is the cost of running one alone — full postage, full printing, and full design, every single drop. A co-op card splits that cost across a handful of businesses that never compete with each other, so nobody's roofer is on the same card as a competing roofer, and everybody's cost per home drops to a fraction of mailing solo.
Both of us sell — there's no "the owner" who only manages while the other one calls. Andrew also handles packing and prepping the mailers for the post office drop, and he's the one who's best at answering questions and comments on our Facebook page. Koltyn runs the build side — the card layout, the website, the systems that keep the whole thing running.
We're honest about this: FridgeSaver is a newly formed Missouri LLC, and our first neighborhood cards are being sold and filled right now. We'd rather tell you that plainly than pretend we have a decade of drops behind us — what we're selling instead is the exclusivity, the price, and a sample card you can hold in your hand before you commit to anything.
