One roofer. One dentist. One HVAC crew. When your category is taken, it's taken — nobody in your trade appears anywhere on that card.
Availability updated by hand as spots are claimed. A category shows as taken once a signed agreement is in.
Every price includes design, proof approval, and your spot's exclusive category — for as long as you stay on the card.
Prefer to talk it through? That's usually faster. Leave a number below and we'll call you back the same business day.
Charity, nonprofit and church-mission entries in the What's Happening band are free, always — drives, benefit nights, mission trips. A non-charitable neighborhood event (a festival, a fun run) is a paid $497 community spot, up to three per card. Use the form and tell us which you are.
Businesses, event organizers and nonprofits — tell us which and we'll come back within a business day.
The usual knock on a mailer is fair: you pay, it goes out, and you never find out whether it did anything. Every spot on this card carries its own scan code and its own page, so we can tell you what happened instead of asking you to take it on faith.
The code is yours alone — it doesn't go to our homepage, it goes to a page that's only about your business. Every scan is one visit we can count.
Your logo, your offer, and two buttons: call you, or go to your website. Nothing else competing for the tap.
Both buttons are counted separately. So you don't just get "people looked" — you get how many went on to actually pick up the phone.
No cookies, no tracking pixels following anyone around, nothing sold to anybody. We count visits to your page and taps on your buttons — that's the whole of it. It's the same privacy standard we'd want on our own mail.
Dwayne Doza Auto Body is on the card. Open his page — it's the exact page a homeowner reaches when they scan his spot, live right now.
Straight answer on what this can't do: a scan code measures the people who scan it. Plenty of neighbors will read your spot, keep the card, and call you three weeks later without ever touching their phone camera — and that call won't show up in any number we give you. So treat these as the floor, not the total. Anyone who tells you they can measure all of direct mail is selling you something.
Once you sign and pay for a category on a specific neighborhood's card, no other business in that same trade appears anywhere on that edition. It's written into the advertising agreement, not just a verbal promise.
In full at signing — no deposits, no installment plans. Your category is not reserved until payment clears; the contract and invoice go out together.
We don't discount the spot price — instead we add value (priority category renewal, first look at Featured or back-cover spots as they open up). $797 is the floor.
A designed proof of your spot for approval, a dedicated scan code you can track, and your category locked for that neighborhood's card for the length of that drop.
Charity, nonprofit and church-mission listings in the What's Happening band are free, always. A non-charitable neighborhood event is a paid $497 community spot (max three per card). Neither one takes a business category spot.
