We collect what our forms ask for — name, email, phone, ZIP or mailing address, and anything you type into an optional field — to run the giveaway drawing, respond to a business or event inquiry, and let you know when a new card is coming, if you opted in. We do not sell your information, and we do not share individual entrant details with the businesses featured on the card. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing koltynschilly@gmail.com.
Through the giveaway entry form: name, email and/or phone number, ZIP code or mailing address, and, if you choose to answer, optional survey responses about services you might need. Through the business/event inquiry form: name, business or organization name, phone, email, and anything you type in the notes field. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites, and we do not run advertising pixels on this site.
To run the $100 giveaway drawing and contact the winner, as described in the Official Rules; to respond to a business, event, or general inquiry; and, only if you check the optional box, to email you the giveaway winner announcement and news when a new card drops in your area.
Only Koltyn Schilly and Andrew Basler, the two owners of FridgeSaver LLC. Form submissions are processed by our website host's form-handling service and delivered to us by email — no third party uses your information for their own purposes. We may share anonymous, aggregated summaries of survey answers with businesses featured on the card (for example, "18% of entrants said they expect to need a roof this year"). Individual names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses are never shared with those businesses.
Giveaway entries are kept long enough to run that neighborhood's drawing and respond to any winner-list request permitted under the Official Rules, then deleted unless you've opted in to hear from us. Inquiry-form submissions are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request.
Every optional email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email koltynschilly@gmail.com at any time to unsubscribe, ask what we have on file, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribing or requesting deletion has no effect on a giveaway entry already submitted for the current Entry Period.
This site and its forms are intended for people 18 and older, consistent with giveaway eligibility. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes, we'll post the update here with a new date below. Continued use of this site's forms after a change means you accept the updated policy.
