West, South, North, and Mid County are local names inside St. Louis County — they are not official county lines. Some cities sit on a highway and get claimed by more than one label. ZIP codes can straddle a city limit. Treat the lists as a guide, not a survey plat.

First FridgeSaver territory. Informal west side of St. Louis County — generally west of I-270. Cities below follow the usual local list (Ballwin, Chesterfield, Ellisville, and neighbors).
Often grouped here, sometimes called Mid: Town & Country, Des Peres, Creve Coeur, Maryland Heights.
Informal south side of St. Louis County — generally south of I-44.
Informal north side of St. Louis County — generally north of I-70.
The middle of St. Louis County — generally inside I-270, between I-70 and I-44, along I-64. Kirkwood and Webster Groves sit on I-44 and get called Mid or South depending on who you ask.
Its own Missouri county, west of the Missouri River. Not a nickname.
An independent city — not inside St. Louis County. Common residential ZIP codes:
Illinois side of the metro — mainly Madison and St. Clair counties.
City groupings for West / South / North / Mid County follow the informal highway guide reported by FOX 2 (Oct 2025). ZIP-to-city pairs are the usual USPS place names for those codes. Not every ZIP in a region is listed, and a listed ZIP is not a promise that a card has mailed there.
